Oudiette x Filless is the realisation of a dream of Margot Laurent, a third-generation winegrower, with the support of Charlotte, her sister, and their mother Florence.
Margot's project is a micro-winery focused on absolute expression of terroir through singular vineyards, vintages, grape varieties, and wines without manipulation or additions.
Wine
Farming grapes in the Couteaux du Morin for three generations, selling the fruit, after 36 months of bottle aging, the cuvèe Uni Terre 2017 is the first offering from Oudiette x Filless. Made from two over-35-year-old chardonnay plots in her village of Beaunay An absolute expression of the terroir, and a true reflection of the work and dedication by the family in the vineyards and cellar. Released in 2021, 3234 bottles produced.
